Booking cancellation

Cancellation and Prepayment Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the accommodation type and rate plan selected.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date by notifying the property through email.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes. Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice ("No-Show") will also be charged one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, a longer cancellation period and different cancellation terms may apply. These will be specified at the time of booking.

Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation carefully for the complete cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions associated with their booking.
Smoking Policy

London Beach Resort and Hotel is a smoke-free property. There is a designated area for smoking.
Guest Behavior

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

Cancellation policy

Free Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received after this period will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive at the property on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. A No-Show will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes, where applicable.

Seasonal Cancellation Policy

For bookings made during peak seasons, holidays, or special events, cancellations received within 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes. Additional seasonal terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
