Booking cancellation

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72hrs prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the property/website via email. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled arrival date will incur  be subject to charge equivalent to a 1 night's room charge rate plus tax. No show will also be charged for 1 night's room rate plus tax. For stay during periods  or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guest are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.

The Free cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the arrival date. 

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive in our property within 24hrs will be treated as a NO SHOW and will incurr the 1st night charge.

Seasonal Cancellation

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incurr the first night's charge.
